Terms & Conditions:
- Rates are inclusive of 10% Service charge, 7% Government Tax and 1% Local Tax
- All rates are included of Daily breakfast for 2 persons
- Check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon. If early check-in is required, this will need prior arrangements and is subject to availability
- 50% of a One Night Stay Rate will be charged for Late Check-out at 6.00 pm. Late than 6.00 pm check-out requirement will incur the full rate for a one-night stay
- Baby cot is free of charge
- Extra Bed is 1,000.- Baht
- Breakfast open daily at 7.00 am- 10.00 am
Children Policy
- Maximum 1 child under 12 years old sharing the existing bed with parents is free of charge with Daily Breakfast but if Extra Bed is required additional charge at 1,000.- Baht will be applied
- Children above 12 years old but not over 15 years old is 50% Discounted Breakfast Price
- No charge for meals for children below 4 years
Cancellation Policy
- Period: 11 January 2013-09 April 2013 and 1 November 2013 - 19 December 2013

- Period: 20 April 2013- 31 October 2013 Cancel at least 7 days prior to check in penalty 1 night
